Dave James

Dave James was the winner of QVCs 2004 Program Host Search auditions. Millions of Americans voted for James, and after months of intensive host training, he joined the ranks as a QVC program host in May 2005. In this position, James presents product information, conducts demonstrations, and interacts with QVCs on–air guests, vendors, celebrities, and viewers.

Prior to joining QVC, James was the host of a top–rated morning radio show in Springfield, MA. While in Springfield, James created a local radio–thon to benefit the Childrens Miracle Network, raising over $300,000 for the charity. In 2003, he was presented with the Miracle Worker Award from Baystate Medical Center. James was also a segment host for the local NBC affiliate.

Previously, James served as a radio host in Fayetteville, NC and in Allentown, PA. Prior to his broadcasting career, James was Operations Manager at the Cape Fear Regional Theater in Fayetteville, NC.

James received a B.A. in Theater and History from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
